How to Sign Up for JRMS Clubs & Activities

Club Offerings at JRMS

First: Activities Permission Slip

All students must have a Club & Extracurricular Activity Permission Slip on file. This permission slip permits your child(ren) to be registered and sign up for any JRMS club or after/before school activity.

 

Next: Club Sign Up Form

Once you return the signed permission slip to our Main Office, you may sign your child(ren) up for clubs using the JRMS Club Sign Up Google Form. You may sign up for multiple clubs at once in the Google Form.

 

Finally: Welcome to the Club!

Make sure that your children know that they are signed up for their clubs and then confirm the schedules for the clubs to ensure they make it to their afternoon or morning destinations.
